Welcome to The Butchers Arms
The Butchers Arms is a well-loved village pub located in the heart of Fringford, in Bicester.
Overlooking the village cricket green, our pub is stone built with low ceilings, exposed beams, and warm wooden furnishings – giving the place a traditional rural pub feel.
Our pub is well-known for its quality Cask Marque-accredited ales and delicious home-cooked food, along with a new (and increasingly popular!) takeaway offer.
The Butchers Arms has a cosy, spacious drinking area, with additional space for both drinking and dining as well as a dedicated restaurant where guests can enjoy a traditional pub dining experience from a delicious menu including our famous Sunday roast.
The pub also benefits from an outdoor drinking area to the front, with plenty of picnic and parasol seating, as well as a car park with spaces for up to 22 cars.
We show live sport and host themed evenings, along with our regular entertainment and dining offers, which include Fish Friday, Sunday Roast, and our popular quiz, held once a month on a Sunday.
Our coffee shop serves selection of teas, coffees, and cakes, as well as sandwiches and baked potatoes from 08:30 to 16:00 and we serve alcoholic drinks from midday until 23:00 (22:30 on Sundays). Our bar food consists of delicious burgers and basket meals.
